Varsity Tennis Gets Season Opener Win
Varsity Boys Tennis defeated Jupiter Christian School from Jupiter 7-0 at Riverside Park Tennis Courts in Vero on 2/11/19.
Winning singles matches were Ryan Niederpruem (default), Jacob Chesley 8-1, Jack Zoltak 8-0, Jake Damiani 8-0, and Toby Terramanti 8-0.
Winning doubles matches were the team of Chesley/Zoltak 8-0, and Damiani/Terramanti 8-0.
Varsity Girls Tennis defeated Jupiter Christian School 6-0-1.
Winning singles matches were Miranda Morey 8-7, Lily Strauss 8-1, Neenah Brown 8-0, Amira Hussamy 8-0, and Zayna Shaikh 8-0.
Winning doubles matches were Brown/Strauss 8-0. The doubles match involving Morey/Natalie Burgoon (tie) was suspended after rain.
