Athletes for Month of January
Congratulations to our athletes for the month of January who are Juniors Zion Atwater and Ty Redmond.
Zion is a junior and has been on the Varsity Girls Basketball team for three years. She averaged over 11 points per game in the month of January and played four different positions on the court. Zion also competed in the Tri-County band as one of the best musicians in the local area.
Ty is also a junior and this is his first year on the Varsity Boys Basketball team. Ty scored in double figures four times to aid the Pirates. This included 10 points in a win over Berean Christian, a 14 point performance in a win over Trinity Christian-Deltona, 11 points vs Trinity Christian-Lake Worth and 12 points vs Legacy Charter High School. He has been a great addition to the team and has grown and progressed throughout the year.
