Senior Memories Video Photo Deadline Extension: Wednesday April 17

Dear Senior Parents: A few parents have asked what type of pictures should be submitted for the senior memories video. For Senior Walk Day (5/3) the school prepares a slideshow/video of memories of the senior class from their time here at SES (PreK current day). If you have pictures of your child with other students or by themselves from lower school through upper school that you can share - that would be perfect. While we can’t guarantee that we’ll use all the pictures you submit, we do want to make sure every senior is included and represented in the video! Please send photos to yearbook@steds.org or on USB drive/CD sent to the attention of YEARBOOK STAFF.  Submission Guidelines: Please do NOT submit original photos and items received can’t be returned.  All photos must be in JPG format and must be at least 300 dpi resolution (most photos from Facebook and cellphones won’t work as the resolution is too low). The yearbook reserves the right to edit/crop or not use photos deemed inappropriate. You can submit photos 3 ways:

• On a CD, DVD or flash drive clearly marked SENIOR VIDEO PHOTOS with your child’s name to the attention of YEARBOOK STAFF.
• Take your original photos to Walgreens, CVS, etc and put them on a CD
• Email photos to yearbook@steds.org.  Please include the STUDENT’S NAME -  SENIOR VIDEO PHOTOS in the subject line.
