Edward Wei Wins People’s Choice in Art Contest
Congratulations to Edward Wei. His illustration of a manatee wearing a spacesuit entitled, "When the Temperature Change Becomes too Erratic “ won the People’s Choice for the Ocean Science Art Contest at Harbor Branch. Edward researched the category Marine Mammals and also wrote an essay on the effects of global warming on manatees. He will receive a VIP tour of Florida Atlantic University’s Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute with a stop at Dr. Jon Moore’s lab who leads the manatee project at the institute. Thank you. Lourdes
