AP Exams Begin May 6

From Mrs. Wald in the College Counseling Office: Regularly scheduled exams will take place May 6-17. Students taking late exams will do so on May 22 and 23. Here is the AP exams attendance policy:

Students taking a morning AP exam can be excused from school at noon the day prior to prepare for the exam.
Students taking an afternoon AP exam can use the morning for exam preparation and do not need to arrive on campus that day until 11:45 a.m.
Students taking a Monday morning exam do not get any additional time off to prepare.

Per teacher discretion, seniors should continue to attend AP classes even after Senior Walk (except for a conflict with another exam or with an internship).
Students should communicate with their teachers to let them know when they will be missing class due to an exam or the preparation time.
Students are required to sign out at the front desk when leaving at noon to study for an exam.

Students should bring No. 2 pencils and pens with black or dark blue ink to every AP exam they are taking. Please let me know if you have any questions. Students, good luck on your exams!
