Trunk Show Co-Chairs: We are gathering interested parties to Chair the 28th annual Trunk Show. The Chairs are responsible for organizing and executing the Association’s annual Trunk Show with the support of the entire PA Executive Board and volunteers from the entire SES community. Chairs are able to put their creative touch and organizational talents to work as well as recruit sub-committee chairs to an already well structured event.
Upper School Grade Representatives 2019-2020 School Year: Grade Reps are the key link for distributing information between the PA and the parents in their respective grade. Responsibilities include communicating with the grade parents via email several times during the school year and organizing grade level specific events.
Dads & Donuts Chair: (9/18/19): Coordinate the event by ordering donuts and beverages. Coordinating volunteers (parents sign up on iVolunteer) to bring items and volunteer to serve donuts and beverages to dads and their children.
