Cross Country Fairs Well at Wayne Cross Invitational
Boys and girls varsity cross country teams both placed 3rd out of 8 teams in the Wayne Cross Invitational held at Lawnwood Stadium in Fort Pierce on 9/10/19.
Despite the heat, the Lady Pirates were paced by Elise Mallon (23:07), who finished 2nd out of 80 runners. Sarah Wolf (26:10) placed 10th overall and Ellie MacMullan (27:17) placed 16th.
Liam Kavliois (20:20) led the boys team, earning a 7th place overall finish out of 92 runners. Mac Carnell (22:02), Aidan Taylor (22:02), William Munz (22:09), and Christopher Schulze (22:33) all helped pace the Pirates.
