Varsity Girls Basketball Opens Season with Slam Dunk
The varsity girls basketball hosted their season-opening game here at home on 11/22/19 against Berean Christian School. Teamwork by the Lady Pirates helped them sink a win over the Lady Bulldogs, 37-7.
Leading the Lady Pirates in scoring were Zion Atwater with 11 points, Alexa Soderman with 10 points, and Jayla Brown with 8 points. Also contributing to their team's victory were Elise Mallon and Izzy Jennings with 4 points apiece.
