Varsity Girls Tennis Holds Back Knights
The varsity girls tennis team hosted Pine School on 2/20/20 at the Riverside Tennis Courts for their first home match of the season. The Lady Pirates persevered over the Knights, winning 5-2. The team is now 2-0 for their season.
Winning singles matches for the girls were Lily Strauss (9-7), Amira Hussamy (8-5), Zayna Shaikh (8-2), and Neenah Brown (8-1).
Winning the #1 doubles match for the Lady Pirates were Strauss and Hussamy (8-5).
