TC Palm Winter Sports All-Area Teams Announced
The Treasure Coast Palm has announced selections for All-Area Teams for the following Winter Sports:
Player of the Year Finalist, Boys Soccer -
Jack Zoltak, junior, midfielder
Declared "one of Treasure Coast's top two-way players" by the TC Palm, Zoltak collected 22 goals and 12 assists during the season.
First Team, Boys Soccer -
Liam Kavolius, senior, defender/midfielder
Making himself known on the field as a strong defensive presence, Kavolius also tallied 3 goals and 3 assists.
Drew Sternberg, junior, midfielder
Leading scorer for his team this season, Sternberg racked up 28 goals and 16 assists for the Pirates.

Saint Edward's School Athletic Director, Jeff Lamscha, has issued the following statement regarding these achievements: “It’s exciting to see so many of our winter sport athletes recognized; either as an all-area first team or honorable mention. It’s also really exciting to have Jack nominated for male soccer player of the year. It is a great testament to Zion, AJ, Leon, Drew, Liam, and Jack on how hard they work and their dedication to their programs. In addition, the coaches and parents deserve praise for instilling the characteristics taught to these 6 athletes that allow them to achieve their goals. I can’t think of a more deserving group to be honored by the TCPalm. I am very proud of them.”
