Regional Quarterfinal Triumph for Varsity Boys Soccer
The boys varsity soccer team faced Universal Academy of Florida from Tampa in the FHSAA Regional Quarterfinal game on 2/17/21 in Pirate Stadium. A riveting game until the end, the Pirates downed the Falcons on the field, winning 3-2. The Pirates now advance to the Regional Semifinals.
Helping lead the Pirates to victory was Drew Sternberg with 2 goals. Teammate Reed Sternberg also contributed a goal, and Marlon Dato-Slattery picked up an assist for the Pirate team.
