Varsity Girls Tennis Serves up Win Against Martin County
The varsity girls tennis team headed to Stuart on 2/22/21 to take on Martin County High School. The Lady Pirates overcame the Lady Tigers on the court, defeating their opponents 4-3.
Winning singles matches for the girls were Amira Hussamy (8-6), Zayna Shaikh (8-4) and Catherine Caldwell (8-6).
Winning an exhibition singles match for the Lady Pirates was Sophia Tripodi (8-3).
Winning their #2 doubles match for the Lady Pirates and ensuring the team victory was the team of Hussamy/Caldwell (8-5).
