This month, we are acknowledging a few BIG moments. Last week was the start of the last quarter of the 2020-2021 semester and this week is the 1-year anniversary since the pandemic forced schools to move to a virtual format. If you are feeling some BIG emotions, you are not alone. As projects, tests and quizzes continue to move closer, try to pay close attention to the thoughts you are having. Are they positive? Are they negative? Are they based on facts? Watch this video to learn more about identifying and reframing your thoughts to help you move forward.
