JV Volleyball Halts Lady Mustangs
The junior varsity volleyball team hosted Merritt Island Christian School in the Gonzalez-Lobo Activities Center on 9/17/21. Thanks to an entire team effort, the Lady Pirates tamed the Lady Mustangs in sets: 25-9, 25-20.
Freshman Gaby Collazo collected 3 aces for the Lady Pirates, and freshman Jay Sullivan contributed to the win with her skilled defense. Sophomore Alex Henriquez was a staple in the back row for the Lady Pirates team.
