3rd Place Finish for Varsity Boys Cross Country at SSAC Championship
Competing in their first Sunshine State Athletic Conference Championship on 9/24/22 at Holloway Park in Lakeland, the varsity boys cross country team captured third place team honors with a team total of 106 to finish just behind St. Stephen's Episcopal School of Bradenton and Admiral Farragut Academy of St. Petersburg.
Junior Gaven Sullivan placed 6th with a time of 19:36, and teammate eighth-grader Jack Curley finished 8th at 19:46. Senior Jack Eidemueller (26th place/22:04), freshman Thomas Leonard (36th/23:01) and junior AJ Munz (40th/23:19) rounded out the scoring for the Pirates.
