Varsity Boys Basketball Subdues Red Wolves
The varsity boys basketball team hosted Edgewood Jr./Sr. High School for their first home game of the season on 12/2/22 in the Gonzalez-Lobo Activities Center. The Pirates put up an early 12-6 lead in the first quarter and never looked back, outscoring the Red Wolves in every quarter afterward to win the game 48-31.
Teammates Gary Anderson and Dylan Redmon led the Pirates on the scoreboard. Brandon James sank 7 points for the Pirate team, and Eli Barin netted 6. Wes Nobile chipped in 5 points toward the victory.
