Juniors Take Powderpuff Crown

In an epic clash of competition on the gridiron, the juniors faced off with the seniors in the annual Powderpuff game. The juniors took the lead quickly with Carrington Brown proving that her spirit animal must be a gazelle because if the ball was in her hands, no one had a feeble hope to catch her. Prior to the start of the game, the newly elected Student Government slate of Luke Damiani, Daniela Sonzini and Stone Colgan fulfilled their first campaign promise and took three very large pies to the face. The competition to see who could deliver gooey mess to face was almost as fierce as the football game itself! Special thanks to Dr. Hirstein and Mr. MacMullan for manning the grill, Pirate dad Jon Sternberg for the epic color commentary, Mrs. Mohr (who jumped in to save the senior's pride at the last minute) and Chris Hawley for setting up the field and refereeing the game.
