Saint Edward’s School respects individual privacy and values the confidence of our entire user community. We strive to collect, use, and disclose personal and other information in a manner consistent with applicable laws, and pride ourselves on upholding the highest ethical standards in our business practices. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information in connection with our website and any emails and forms that we send. It also describes users’ choices regarding the use, access and correction of personal information.

How do we collect personal information?

  • Directly from individuals: When website users complete formal inquiries, applications, contracts and other online forms, they are prompted to supply personally identifiable information, such as name and contact information, as well as non-identifiable information, such as date of birth, gender and personal interests.

We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information to help us understand your interactions with our website, such as pages you have visited, content you have viewed, search queries you have run and information that you have seen.   • We maintain personal information in order in order to communicate with our constituents, provide requested services, and perform marketing and fundraising tasks.

  • Some personal information such as name, address, and phone number may be shared with employees, parents, alumni and other affiliates for the purposes described above. Under specific circumstances, we may also request additional consent to share more detailed personal information with others

  • We do not under any circumstances sell or market personal information to third parties.
 
How can you review or change your information?

  • All users have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we maintain and to request changes to that information.  For more information see the section below titled “How to contact us”.

Changes to this policy:
This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time, consistent with changing legal, regulatory, or other requirements. We will post any changes to this Privacy Policy on our website. If we make a material change to this Privacy Policy, we will provide appropriate notice on our website.
