Pirate Grandparents Storm the Ship
It was another joy-filled day on campus yesterday when our grandparents filled the Waxlax Center for the Performing Arts. There wasn't an empty seat in the house as PK students kicked off the performance with two adorable sing-a-long songs. Later, there wasn't a dry eye in the audience as students read essays about their relationships with their grandparents in between musical numbers, and 5th grader Payton Andrews wowed the crowd with her poetry reading.
