Middle School Model UN Begins

Today over 30 sixth and seventh graders began learning about the beginnings and purposes of the United Nations.  This passionate group discussed what issues should be pursued to achieve sustainable development in our world.  Topics included climate action, access to education, gender equality, ending hunger and reducing poverty.  Mr. Mohr was very appreciative of the energy and enthusiasm these students have for these significant dilemmas.
