Varsity Boys Tennis Stuns Hustlers
The boys varsity tennis team played Melbourne Central Catholic High School on 3/5/20, at Riverside Tennis Courts. In a display of athletic prowess, the Pirates pushed past the Hustlers, winning 4-3. The Pirates remain undefeated, with a season record of 4-0.
Winning singles matches for the Pirates were Ryan Niederpruem (8-2) and Jack Zoltak (8-1).
Winning the #1 doubles match was the team of Niederpruem and Zoltak (8-5), while Jake Damiani and Jacob Chesley secured the win for the Pirates with their #2 doubles match victory (8-4).
