Fourth Grade Imagines Being Truckers

CR (lk)
The fourth-graders are currently reading Elephant Secret by Eric Walters (the author who visited earlier in the year) about an elephant sanctuary. The chapter detailed the arrival of a new elephant via a semi-truck, and students were asked to imagine having the trucking job and write a creative story. Check out Nevin Waddell's adventure with Lucy, the "bear."
