TC Palm All-Area Team Revealed for Varsity Girls Soccer
On 4/4/20, the Treasure Coast Palm announced selections for All-Area Teams for Varsity Girls Soccer.
Chosen for the First Team from Saint Edward's School was sophomore Ellie MacMullan. A defender for the Lady Pirates, MacMullan was highlighted as a standout for the team. Always giving her all the field, MacMullan started in every game for the 2019-20 season.
Upon learning of MacMullan's selection to the All-Area Team, head coach Samantha Borkovic remarked, "Ellie is the rock of our defense and center. She organizes our team on the field, coordinates shifts in positions, and is a true leader of grit and determination. Ellie was a consistent starter, and while defenders don't always get the glory of goals, she is a tremendous asset to our team. It's been an honor to coach her this year!"
