John & George Build an App
Students John Sarbak and George Sowles have developed a web application for connecting students. Users post topics to the center page and can reply to what their friends say. Each user profile has options for a bio, picture and occupation. Students can follow other users to see their profiles. Following a user also allows for the option to Direct Message. The website also has a “lounge” which is a zoom alternative that directly links to one big video conference room. There any student can video chat with any other student. It is basically like a lunch table at school!
