Sixth Grade English Students Create a Sustainable Seafood Menu

As a culminating World Without Fish activity, sixth grade English students created an online version of a sustainable seafood menu for a local restaurant. Their ability to synthesize the information they gained by reading the book, coupled with their creativity, led to great proposed menus.
