JV Baseball Bests Port Saint Lucie Jaguars

On 2/12/26, the junior varsity baseball team hosted Port St. Lucie High School on Blue Diamond. With their sizable lead, the Pirates handily defeated the Jaguars 10-2.

Jack Torresson led things off on the hill for the Pirates. The starting pitcher allowed 0 hits and 2 runs (0 earned) over 4 innings, while striking out 9 and walking 2.

The Pirate team scored 5 runs on 4 hits in the bottom of the third inning, with Colton Freedman singling to score 1 run; Rodney Stephens, who went 2-for-3 on the day, tripling to score 3 runs, and Braylon Kirkland grounding out, scoring 1 run. Caden Freedman collected 4 hits in 4 at bats, with a single in the 1st and 3rd innings and a double in the 4th and 5th innings.
