Varsity Girls Basketball Faces Morningside in the District Semis
On 1/31/23, the varsity girls basketball team traveled to Merritt Island Christian School in Merritt Island to take on Morningside Academy for the Class 2A District 13 Semifinals. The Lady Pirates fought hard on the court but could not overtake the Lady Eagles and fell 32-42.
Dhanika Perez and Chase Nelson led the Lady Pirates with 10 points each. Gaby Collazo put up 6 points for the team, and Taylor Wolfe sank 4. Aiala Ruiz de Arbulo Sagasti added 2 points.
