MS Girls Volleyball's Grey Team Finishes Season with Win

In their last game of the season, the grey team for middle school volleyball hit the road for Morningside Academy in Port St. Lucie. The resolute Pirates handily defeated the Eagles on the court in straight sets: 25-14, 25-15.

The Pirate victory was secured through a strong team effort and perseverance on the court. Cami Colontrelle and Ava Powers led the offensive serving effort with 10 service points and 3 aces each. Reagan Miner and Maria Victoria Wilkinson Perilla both contributed 3 aces to the win, and Alice Cochrane scored 2 aces. Strong setting by Cochrane and Bella Fontana fed the Pirate hitters at the net. Kills from Helena Jefferson, Anastasia Headley, Sophie Cooper, and Sloane Weber ensured the Eagle team's defeat.
