Varsity Boys Basketball Puts Away Panthers

The varsity boys basketball team hosted Heritage High School on 1/6/26 in the Gonzalez-Lobo Activities Center. Hungry for a win, the Pirates took charge on the court, defeating the Panthers 61-50.

Cody Simmonds dominated the floor for the Pirates, recording an impressive 28 points, 26 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks. Jayzere Cannon nabbed 15 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists, and Trey Dunlap amassed 9 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal. Kaleb Jones collected 4 points, 4 assists, and 2 steals. Cole Register saw 3 points and 1 rebound, and Wyatt Burdick put in 2 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals, and 1 block. Daniel Clemente chipped in 4 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal, and Daniel Ciceron added 1 rebound.
