Varsity Boys Lacrosse Conquers Patriots

On 2/26/26, the varsity boys lacrosse team went up against American Heritage of Plantation at home in Pirate Stadium. The Pirates led the Patriots 4-0 by the end of the 1st quarter but saw their opponents fight back in the 2nd quarter to go into halftime 4-3. The Pirates created more distance in the 2nd half to defeat the Patriots 8-5. 

Leading the Pirates into battle were Connor O'Brien with 4 goals and 2 assists and Brady McCoy with 3 goals. Turner Barnett also added 1 goal toward the Pirate victory. Recording 1 faceoff win apiece were Bobby Varricchio and Matthew Vatland. Edward Provancher made 5 saves at the goal.
 
Next game is at home on 3/3/26 versus Viera High School, starting at 7:00 PM on the Michael J. Mersky Field.
