MS Boys Basketball's Blue Team Shuts Down The Pine School

The blue team for middle school boys basketball returned to the courts on 1/9/23 to host The Pine School in the Wachter Activities Center. The Pirates took the floor looking to avenge a previous loss to the Knights earlier in the season and commandeered control of the game right from the tip-off to allow only 3 points in the first half. Thanks to the full court press defense by the Pirates, they dominated the game 50-13 over the Knights.

Scoring was led by Jayzere Cannon with 25 points. Trey Dunlap sank 8 points for the Pirates, and teammate Brian Teubner grabbed 7 points. Jack Curley, Rory Barton, Charlie Corrigan, Cesar Dato-Slattery, and Spencer Taft all contributed 2 points toward the victory.

Next game is away on 1/19/23 at Master's Academy of Vero Beach, starting at 5:00 PM.
