JV Volleyball Overwhelms the Patriots

On 9/5/23, the junior varsity volleyball team took to road to compete against Master's Academy of Vero Beach. The determined Pirates stunned the Patriots on the court to win in 2 sets: 25-6, 25-20.

Leading the charge for the Pirate team were Piper McCollom with 1 kill, 3 assists, and 5 aces; Nico Kennedy with 6 aces; and Cairi Infanzon with 1 kill, 3 assists, and 1 ace. Dominating the floor with their kills were Halle Grella with 3, Kelly Lynch with 2, and Mia Maldonado with 2. Joselyn Martin and Bebe Busch-Dunford each recorded 1 assist and 1 ace for the Pirates. Also adding to the successful night were Jenessa Kendall with 1 kill and Leah Chin with 1 assist.
 
Next game is at home on 9/7/23 versus Okeechobee High School, starting at 5:00 PM in the Gonzalez-Lobo Activities Center.
