Riveting Opening Game for MS Boys Basketball's Navy Team
The navy team for middle school boys basketball opened their season at home on 11/13/25 versus Vero Classical School. The Pirates competed in a riveting game against the Knights, which saw the Pirates go from being down 2-8 at the half to trailing by just one point going into the 4th quarter. Despite their best efforts, the Pirates ultimately fell to their opponents in the 4th quarter 13-18.
Champ Harty led the Pirates on the scoreboard with 5 points, followed closely by teammate Shaquille Wynn with 4 points, including 2 free throws. Also netting 2 points each were Colten Cleveland and Carter Ange.
