Honors Physiology Learns CPR
Ms. Buckley's Anatomy & Physiology students took time to train with Gayl Nye from Florida Heart to become CPR certified. She reports that "they all did an amazing job and will be getting their certifications in the mail in a few weeks." The timing of the certification was perfect, as the students just finished the cardiovascular system, so they were able to apply what they learned to understand how to help save a life in an emergency situation. What a fabulous example of putting academics to work in the real world!
