TEDxVero Featuring SES Faculty

Marie Campione (lk)
Our very own US faculty members Louise Kennedy and Kerryane Monahan are presenting at TEDxVero on Saturday, October 19.  In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, the popular talk conference TED created a program called TEDx, which includes local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At the TEDxVero event, TED Talks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. Louise is presenting a talk called “Empathy & Education” .  Kerryane's talk is titled “Citizen Science” . #PiratePride

Tickets can be purchased online. The website says they do not plan to sell tickets at the door.
