2020-2021 Sunshine State Young Readers Award & Florida Teens Read Announced
The Florida Association for Media in Education (F.A.M.E.) recently announced the 2020-2021 award lists for Sunshine State Young Readers Award (SSYRA) & Florida Teens Read programs. These programs aim to encourage independent student reading by exposing them to fiction titles selected for their wide appeal, literary value, varied genres, curriculum connections and/or multicultural representation. Lists are divided by grade level to promote interest and develop reading fluency and comprehension skills.
