So Far, So Good! First Full Week

MJ (lk)
With the first official, full week of school coming to a close, we're happy to share that students and faculty are not just managing the new normal, they're owning it and making it a part of everyday life on the Pirate ship. The annexed space is proving to be a popular location for classes, study halls, lunch and free periods. Students are finding creative places to enjoy lunches while distanced, and our cross country and golf athletes are already competing, while volleyball and football athletes are conditioning while awaiting news of the upcoming season. Science labs in all divisions are in full swing, and the fine arts department is also working hard to achieve their academic goals for our artists of all ages.

As we continue to adhere to the guidelines set forth by the CDC and the local health department, compliance may start to feel like a nuisance, but it will be more important than ever that we remain steadfast in our commitment to #worktogether2btogether. Please continue to role model a positive attitude for your Pirate, knowing that the longer we maintain the health and safety of the campus, the more we can accomplish as a community. Go Pirates!
