Varsity Volleyball Triumphant in Rematch with Lady Lions
On 9/25/20, the varsity volleyball team traveled to Palm Bay for a rematch with Covenant Christian School. Determined to reclaim their rightful victory, the Lady Pirates subdued the Lady Lions with a 4 set win: 22-25, 25-22, 25-16, 25-22.
Pulling out some tricky moves on the court, the team implemented several line-up switches that seemed to work in their favor. Senior Miranda Morey led the team in kills with 7. Meredith Burgoon, junior, contributed an impressive 23 digs, and teammate Alexa Soderman, junior, led the team in both assists (10) and aces (4).

Next game is Senior Night on 9/29/20 in the Watchter Activities Center against Morningside Academy, starting at 6:00 PM.
