Varsity Girls Basketball Nets Win Over Lady Knights
On 12/10/20, the varsity girls basketball team hosted The Pine School in the Wachter Activities Center. With almost every player scoring for the girls team, the Lady Pirates crushed the Lady Knights 40-13.
The Lady Pirates displayed a very challenging press on the court that led to a big lead early on. The team closes out their first half of the season with a 4-2 record.
Leading the Lady Pirates on the scoreboard are Raina Duggal, who netted 11 points, and Karis Crookshank, who amassed 10 points. Also contributing to their team's success on the court were Chase Nelson with 5 points, Alexa Soderman with 4, Dhanika Perez with 4, Grace Griffeth with 2, Sommer Soderman with 2, and Imani Williams with 1.
