Fall Sports Sign Ups
Middle School students will receive a Google form to fill out if they wish to play a fall sport. Playing a sport is not mandatory. However, the form needs to be completed by Friday if the student wishes to participate on Monday. Remember, all student-athletes must have their physical forms in prior to practicing.
