Blue Slip Fridays

mc (lk)
While 'white slips' are well known as the record a student receives in a disciplinary action, there's another more welcome 'slip of recognition' at SES.  Middle and upper school students that get caught in the act of goodwill, thoughtfulness or kindness have traditionally been recognized with a blue slip. In the past, blue slips have earned rewards like donuts or bagels. This year, Deans Nicole Padgett and Emori Keyer have started a new tradition of recognizing students who receive a blue slip during homeroom on Friday morning. We love this new tradition that focuses on the good things happening every day at SES! #PiratePride
