Athletic Clearance, Physicals and VNA Physical Day
ATHLETIC CLEARANCE and PHYSICALS: In order to participate in athletics from sixth-12th grade, students must create/update their Athletic Clearance account (Instructions for creating an account). Waivers and forms must be updated every school year. Students must also complete the four required NFHS videos and this Sportsmanship video prior to the season. Certificates can be uploaded to the student's Athletic Clearance account. Students can not participate in any athletic event without an updated EL-2 Physical form, which are good for one calendar year.
VNA PHYSICAL DAY: We are excited to announce that the VNA clinic will be on Saint Edward’s campus throughout the day on Tuesday, August 16 from 9-5 p.m. Plan to go before or after your various student orientations. This is a one-time opportunity that will save students, parents and coaches much angst from scrambling to get a sports physical. Physicals can be obtained for $20. Students who do not have a parent present must bring the appropriate waiver.
