Fourth-Grade Students Shine at Science Fair

Kelly Hudson
An integral part of the Lower School experience is learning how to conduct long-term projects. Over the past month, fourth-grade students explored the aerodynamics of paper airplanes by following the scientific methods. Making observations, asking questions, researching, planning and conducting experiments, and recording data are among the invaluable skill sets students engaged in as part of this process. Students also honed their presentation skills as they practiced sharing their projects with peers and various classes at the Lower School. All these efforts culminated in a Science Fair Showcase, where proud faces abounded as students presented their projects to family and friends!  Please click on the link to see a video from this special day!
