Varsity Boys Tennis Upsets Patriots

On 3/4/24, the varsity boys tennis team traveled to the Vero Beach Tennis & Fitness Club to challenge the Master's Academy of Vero Beach Patriots. The determined Pirates overthrew the Patriots on the court to bring home the 4-3 victory.

Winning singles matches for the Pirates were #1 Justin Hall (8-4), #4 Seb Hall (8-3), and #5 James Peponis (8-3). The #1 doubles team of J. Hall and S. Hall ensured the Pirate victory with their 8-4 win.

Winning both of the exhibition singles matches for the Pirates were Matthew Stern (8-3) and Owen Miller (8-1). The Pirates won both of their doubles exhibition matches with the team of Christopher Porter and Jackson Peshke claiming an 8-0 victory and the team of Miller and Alex Mira clinching an 8-3 victory.
 
Next game is at home on 3/19/24 versus Eau Gallie High School, starting at 3:30 PM at Riverside Park Tennis Courts.
