Celebrating Our Authors!
Second grade wrapped up their writing unit with an exciting book nomination celebration! The students got to nominate the books they’ve been reading for special awards. They thoughtfully selected titles and presented compelling reasons for their choices, awarding books with titles like Funniest Book, Most Adventurous Book, and even Best Mystery. It was wonderful to hear them share their enthusiasm for reading, support their nominations with strong reasoning and celebrate the joy of storytelling.
