Varsity Girls Volleyball Puts Away MIC
On 9/18/25, the varsity girls volleyball team took on Merritt Island Christian School on the road in Merritt Island. The Pirates won in straight sets over the Cougars to bring home the victory: 25-13, 25-16, 25-20.
Nevin Waddell led the Pirates on the court in kills with 12 and aces with 6. Margaret Fykes helped set up the Pirate team for success with 26 assists and 1 ace. Grace Clemente brought forth 6 kills and 1 block, and Makena Rodriguez netted 1 ace and 5 kills. Cami Dadufalza added 3 assists, and Halle Grella tallied 3 kills. Providing 2 aces each were Grace Fykes and Maddie Moscrip, and Lily O'Brien put up 1 kill and 1 ace. Recording 2 kills apiece for the Pirate team were Alice Crean, Khlieo Perez, and Alexandra Jefferson.
