Varsity Girls Basketball Impresses Against Patriots

The varsity girls basketball team went up against Pineapple Cove Classical Academy in a rematch on 1/8/26 at home in the Gonzalez-Lobo Activities Center. Despite a sluggish start to the game, the Pirates turned up the intensity and remained resilient on the court, resulting in a resounding 56-20 victory over the Patriots.
 
The Pirates were led in scoring by Amajyn Cannon with 25 points, a career high.  Second in scoring for the Pirates was Halle Grella, who scored 13 points, also a career high. Savannah Shambo brought in 6 points for the Pirate team, and Shaniya Brant contributed 4 points. Teammates Sloane Weber and Nahlia Hebig each collected 3 points apiece, and Tirzah Boulding added 2.
 
Next game is away on 1/9/26 at Morningside Academy in Port St. Lucie, starting at 6:00 PM.
