Varsity Girls Tennis Puts Away MCC
The varsity girls tennis team traveled to the Fee Avenue Park Tennis Courts in Melbourne on 2/25/26 to go up against Melbourne Central Catholic High School. The Pirates handily beat the Hustlers in their matches to bring home a 7-0 win.
Winning singles matches for the Pirates were #1 Emmery Clarkson (8-1), #2 Mia Maldonado (8-2), #3 Chandler Higdon (8-0), #4 Jenessa Kendall (8-0), and #5 Charlotte Peponis (8-0).
Winning their #1 doubles match was the team of Clarkson/Higdon (8-1). Ensuring the clean sweep for the Pirates was the #2 doubles team of Maldonado/Kendall (8-0).
