I Can Eat a Rainbow

PK4 students enjoyed a colorful and engaging visit from FLIK Dining as they learned about the importance of eating a variety of fruits and vegetables. Inspired by the book I Can Eat a Rainbow, the children explored how different colors of foods help keep our bodies healthy and strong.

To bring this concept to life, students had fun coloring different fruits and vegetables and then placing them onto a rainbow, creating their very own “edible rainbow.” This hands-on activity helped reinforce the idea that eating a range of colorful foods is both fun and good for you!
