Rabbi Birnholz Speaks to Sixth Grade

Last Thursday we welcomed Rabbi Michael Birnholz from Temple Beth Shalom to speak with the 6th grade students about the origins of Judaism. The students have begun their world religion unit on Judaism in Mrs. Bischoff’s history class, so they were excited to have a chance to learn more about the religion. The rabbi furthered their understanding by showing pictures of his recent trips to Israel, sharing artifacts, and answering great questions. This is one of many great religions they will learn about in both 6th and 7th grade.
